Nick Sirianni likes what he's seeing from his new offensive coordinator.

Speaking after rookie minicamp, the Eagles head coach shared his early impressions of Sean Mannion and the 2026 draft class.

On Sean Mannion

"I think he's just got a good confidence, calm confidence, conviction about the way he goes about it, very detailed," Sirianni said. "It's been enjoyable observing him during installations and team connections."

Mannion, the Eagles' fifth offensive coordinator in five years, has the task of unlocking Jalen Hurts' full potential. Early signs are encouraging.

On the Rookies

DT Uar Bernard: Sirianni expressed enthusiasm about Bernard's development potential, noting there are "things that are brand new to him." The raw international prospect represents an exciting project.

WR Makai Lemon & TE Eli Stowers: Both impressed in meetings and demonstrated strong communication skills during position work. Sirianni is looking forward to their continued growth.

The Philosophy

Sirianni emphasized that the weekend's focus was establishing winning behaviors and converting them into habits. Teaching fundamentals is straightforward - maintaining consistency daily is the real challenge.

"It's about clear job descriptions that link specific habits to wins and losses," Sirianni explained.

The foundation is being laid. Now the real work begins.
