With rookie minicamp underway at the NovaCare Complex, the Eagles have officially assigned jersey numbers to their 2026 draft class and undrafted free agent signings.

Here's the complete breakdown of who's wearing what - and the stories behind some of the notable selections.

2026 Draft Picks

Makai Lemon, WR - No. 9
The headline number of the class. Lemon is the first Eagle to wear No. 9 since Super Bowl LII MVP Nick Foles. He received Foles' blessing before selecting the number, adding weight to an already significant choice.

Eli Stowers, TE - No. 87
A classic tight end number that's been worn by some solid players in Eagles history. Stowers steps into a number that fits his position perfectly as he prepares to learn behind Dallas Goedert.

Markel Bell, OT - No. 72
The third-round offensive tackle gets a traditional big-man number. Bell will wear it proudly as he learns from Lane Johnson and Jordan Mailata.

Cole Payton, QB - No. 10
The developmental quarterback out of North Dakota State takes a clean number as he joins the quarterback room behind Jalen Hurts.

Micah Morris, OG - No. 76
Another solid offensive line number for the versatile guard who impressed scouts with his film study habits.

Cole Wisniewski, S - No. 21
The safety eager to learn Vic Fangio's two-high system takes a number with defensive back tradition.

Uar Bernard, DT - No. 93
The International Player Pathway prospect from Nigeria gets a defensive line number as he continues his football journey.

Keyshawn James-Newby, EDGE - No. 50
The speed rusher takes a linebacker-style number that fits his edge rushing role.

Undrafted Free Agents

Kapena Gushiken, CB - No. 34

Maximus Pulley, S - No. 36

Rocco Underwood, LS - No. 37
The long snapper with the best roster odds among UDFAs takes his number as he competes for a specialist role.

Tucker Large, S - No. 37
Shares the number with Underwood for now - one will need to change if both make the roster.

Dae'Quan Wright, TE - No. 45

Joshua Weru, EDGE - No. 46

Deontae Lawson, LB - No. 47

Jaeden Roberts, OG - No. 64

The Takeaway

As one reporter noted, "The Eagles' draft picks had really good numbers available to them" with "no awful assignments in that bunch."

The organization clearly put thought into these assignments, giving meaningful numbers to their top picks while leaving room for veterans and established players.

Now it's time for these rookies to make their numbers mean something on the field.
